We assist and represent our clients, whether they are corporations or employees, in labor court proceedings (lay-offs, requalification of fixed-term contracts into permanent contracts), especially in the areas of film and audiovisual production as well as finance.
Our firm also provides assistance prior or parallel to labor court litigation in order to help our clients reach amicable resolutions of their disputes (negotiating settlement agreements, and providing legal counsel when employment contracts are being terminated by mutual consent).
In addition, our firm offers legal assistance to our clients on labor law issues they encounter in the conduct of their business.
