Our firm frequently advises major athletes and defends their interests in court. Among our clients are Olympic swimmers, former winners of the Tour de France, and European rugby champions as well as major soccer clubs and their managers, and countries who are candidates to host major sporting events.
Our firm provides legal assistance in negotiating contracts - marketing and sponsoring contracts, in particular - and defends our clients in litigation with investors and national and/or international organizations in charge of organizing or marketing major sporting events. Moreover, we appear on behalf of our clients in cases involving doping, corruption, influence peddling, or when sports clubs are being sold.
